Community board meeting re: 15 W 68th Street
Tuesday October 5, 6:30 p.m.
A hot topic on the block is the proposed conversion of 15 West 68th Street into an upscale residential hotel by Fine Times. A meeting took place earlier this week for members of the community to review the proposed Restrictive Covenent between the owners of the building and the Block Association. A subcommittee including both members of the Block Association board and other residents of the block has been formed to review all of the feedback generated as a result of the meeting. They will be working with our lawyer and Fine Times’ lawyer to finalize the Restrictive Covenent this week. Please continue to check this blog, as updates will be posted as soon as the subcommittee makes their determinations about all of the comments and concerns.
